このポジションは、コンビニのバックヤード飲料陳列ソリューション「TX SCARA」を顧客（コンビニ店舗）が継続して効果的に利用できるよう、ソリューション導入後の現場オペレーション安定化と経済効果の最大化を実現し、今後の事業拡大に資する仕組み構築を行います。 現場で発生する課題への迅速な対応や、KPIに則したオペレーション効率の測定、関係部署へのフィードバック等を通じ、RaaS（Robot-as-a-Service）の品質向上のための施策を企画・実行します。 このポジションの雇用主はTelexistenceの100%子会社であるModel T Operationsです。
