Job Coach (Part‑Time) – Flexible Hours
Prime Home DDS is seeking a caring and dependable Job Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community‑based employment settings. This is a part‑time role with the potential to grow into full‑time.
What You'll Do
- Provide on‑the‑job coaching and guidance
- Help individuals learn job tasks and workplace expectations
- Support skill‑building, independence, and confidence
- Maintain simple, accurate documentation
- Work collaboratively with employers and team members
Schedule
- Flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable transportation (if transportation is required)
- Ability to work independently
- Must pass a background check
