We pride ourselves on our collaborative work environment and culture, which embraces our mission of providing financial and non-financial benefits back to the members of the Seneca Nation.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Great Hill Solutions</strong> is seeking a <strong>Joint Test Engineer/Planner </strong>to provide agile test and evaluation support in a Joint interagency partnership utilizing the lower 3GHz spectrum.&nbsp; This role will focus on the planning, execution, and reporting of full scope operational testing of Military and commercial systems with Joint agencies and commercial industry partners for proposed improved spectrum sharing technologies to Joint Force assets.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a temporary position.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in technical writing supporting test designs, test plans, and test reports</li> <li>Experience with designing and writing test procedures</li> <li>Experience writing engineering reports and/or technical papers.</li> <li>Experience with testing of RF systems (military radar, communication, and/or 5G system)</li> <li>Comprehensive technical understanding of Radar/ RF Engineering and control systems</li> <li>Experience in design and testing of radar subsystems, including antennas, transmitters, exciters, and receivers</li> <li>Experience supporting event and test planning, data collection, and validation</li> <li>Experience with Developmental Testing (DT), Integrated Testing (IT), and/or Operational Testing (OT) preferred</li> <li>Previous experience with Joint Test &amp; Evaluation or operational testing is desirable</li> <li>Assess the effectiveness of observed testing and recommend improvements based on real-world joint and coalition</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Active Secret clearance required</li> <li>3-10 years of testing experience.</li> <li>Experience supporting test planning, data collection, and test reporting.</li> <li>Experience identifying, reporting, and documenting critical issues for timely resolution.</li> <li>Ability to communicate test results and identified issues clearly.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience with Joint Test &amp; Evaluation or operational testing.</li> <li>Previous experience with DT, IT, and/or OT</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong><u></u></strong></p> <p><strong><u>Equal Opportunity Statement:</u></strong><br>Seneca Holdings provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex/gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, marital status, genetic information and/or predisposing genetic characteristics, victim of domestic violence status, veteran status, or other protected class status.
