KEY ACCOUNT & OTHER TOBACCO CATEGORY ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Key Account & Other Tobacco Category Associate for a position located in Casablanca, Morocco. This role is crucial for understanding and developing a new product category within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive knowledge about the category and documenting all best practices to ensure consistent and effective operations.

 

Position:

As a KA & OTC Associate, you will:

• Collect data to understand the new product category, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
• Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge base for the category, ensuring all relevant information is accurately documented and easily accessible.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data, leveraging this information to create best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor and analyze category performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure they are well-informed about the category and equipped to implement best practices.
• Stay updated with industry developments and continuously refine the knowledge base and best practices to reflect the latest trends and insights.

 

Requirements: 

• At least 3 years experience in FMCG sales
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex
  information.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
• Language: Arabic, French and English
