About the role

<li>Manage and grow a portfolio of ecommerce brands/clients, ensuring achievement of revenue, GMV, and profitability targets.</li>
<li>Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brand principals and marketplace partners.</li>
<li>Drive sales performance through strategic planning, campaign execution, assortment optimization, and promotional initiatives.</li>
<li>Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend actionable improvements based on data analysis.</li>
<li>Prepare and present regular business reviews, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service) to ensure seamless execution and target achievement.</li>
<li>Proactively identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and business results.</li>
</ul>
<p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>

<li>Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.</li>
<li>2-3 years of experience in Ecommerce, Marketplace Management, Key Account Management, or related commercial roles.</li>
<li>Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to drive sales growth and profitability.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and operational execution skills.</li>
<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience managing multiple clients or brands.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handling multiple priorities.</li>
<li>Familiarity with major marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, etc.) is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is a plus.</li>
