About the role
As CREA's Senior Key Account Manager, you're the pivotal link between our brands and internal teams, overseeing a seamless e-commerce journey. You'll collaborate with various departments to boost customer experience and drive brand growth.
The ideal candidate is more than just a quick learner and a problem solver. You need the ability to work cross-functionally, balancing financial acumen with interpersonal skills, all while prioritizing the brand's objectives.
Responsibilities:
Growing brand portfolio through joint business planning:
- Preparing joint business plan and driving weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews of performance against targets
- Advising your brands on go to market strategy for new product ranges
- Planning promotional campaigns and coordinating execution with Onsite Manager
- Planning brand marketing engagement including onsite brand visibility, online marketing strategy and co-marketing efforts on social media and offline
Growing company portfolio:
- Conduct opportunity assessment and connect with connections to bring new potential brands into company portfolios
Managing daily engagement with large brand accounts:
- Managing price competitiveness, assortment, and stock availability
- Working with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues impacting brand performance on all platforms (operations, fulfilment services, marketing, finance etc.)
- Conducting regular analysis on sales, traffic, conversion, and customer funnel.
- Driving and sharing insight to guide promotional and marketing input
- Day-to-day operations on executing graphic briefs, store set ups, cutting & uploading banners, and campaign submissions to platform
- Discussions and execution with platform on campaigns and well as visibility management and submissions
Requirements:
- Industry Expertise: 2-4 years of professional experience in ecommerce enablers, internet startups, or renowned international brands.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, or TikTok.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields is required.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must, along with the ability to swiftly use our software and tools.
- Exceptional client-facing aptitude paired with strong communication skills in both English (fluent) and Thai.
- Ability to thrive in both individual and collaborative settings, with a willingness to take hands-on action.
- Negotiation and brand management skills, underpinned by a commitment to achieving growth for brand partners.
- Demonstrable capabilities in leading projects, devising account plans, and providing mentorship to team specialists.
