About the role

Kody is seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through effective account management. You will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and aligning Kody’s solutions to meet their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Understand client business goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, product, and support to deliver exceptional service.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in account management or sales roles, preferably within the payments or fintech industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted client relationships.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with payment processing solutions is a plus.
