As a Key Account Manager in our Stockholm office, you’ll target, onboard, and support the leading online health and fitness coaches across the globe to achieve lasting success. <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Target & Empower Coaches: </strong><em>You will build your portfolio of coaches by scouting, reaching out, pitching, and convincing them to partner with Lenus. </em><strong><em> </em></strong></li>
<li><strong>Guiding Health Coaches: </strong><em>Manage and support a portfolio of 15-20 health and fitness coaches, helping them grow their businesses sustainably and positively impact their clients' lives.</em></li>
<li><strong>Enabling Business Growth: </strong><em>Collaborate on strategies that blend innovative marketing, smart sales tactics, and tailored business development initiatives to enhance our coaches’ impact.</em></li>
<li><strong>Building Partnerships: </strong><em>Foster trust-based relationships with coaches that go beyond transactions, making you their go-to collaborator.</em></li>
<li><strong>Ensuring Quality Excellence: </strong><em>Coordinate and manage projects precisely, participate in key meetings, and deliver exceptional service in line with Lenus’s commitment to quality.<br><br></em></li>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p><strong>We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess:</strong></p>

<li><strong>Sales and Growth Advocate:</strong> <em>2+ years of experience in sales, account management, and business development. You are driven by results, not just activity.</em></li>
<li><strong>Digital and Social Media Enthusiast: </strong><em>Experience in social media marketing is a plus but not required; we’ll help you grow these skills!</em></li>
<li><strong>Collaborative Innovator: </strong><em>You approach challenges with creativity and teamwork, thinking like a co-founder invested in your partners' success. </em></li>
<li><strong>Exceptional Relationship Builder: </strong><em>You thrive in creating connections and fostering partnerships with diverse stakeholders.</em></li>
<li><strong>Language Skills: </strong><em>You communicate fluently in Swedish, and are confident in English - both orally and in writing.</em></li>

<p><strong>The Team<br></strong>Join our dynamic Stockholm Key Account Management team, where you’ll collaborate with a driven group of professionals including a dedicated Team Lead and experienced Senior Key Account Managers. Together, we are passionate about helping online coaches grow and scale their businesses.</p>
<p>You'll work cross-functionally with our Inbound Sales, Branding, and Paid Marketing teams to create impactful strategies and deliver exceptional results. With access to a wealth of knowledge and mentorship from seasoned Key Account Managers, this is your chance to make a tangible difference while advancing your career in an inspiring and supportive environment.</p>
