About the role
The Role:
As the Key Account Manager, you will:
Complete responsibility for the proactive sales effort with all existing key accounts and with all potential accounts that are active and produce volume in our market.
Willing and able to spend 80 % of work time out of the hotel developing and/or soliciting new business.
Willing and able to undertake regular cold calls.
Responsible for managing the relationship and penetration of the hotels’ Top Accounts. Maintains current usage and seeks to increase total revenue for group, Meeting & Events, extended stays and transient business.
Maintain accurate and up to date account data and reporting.
