<p><strong>Location: Prague, CZ | Full-time<br><br>Fixed-term contract for 1 year<br><br></strong></p>
<p><strong>Flora Food Group</strong> is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented <strong>CZSK Junior Sales Coordinator</strong> to join our commercial team in the Czech Republic. This role is a key support function for our Key Account Managers (Modern Trade) and offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in FMCG sales.</p>

<p><strong>Your role</strong></p>
<p>You will play an important part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the sales team, combining analytical tasks, coordination, and communication with both internal stakeholders and retail partners.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and manage <strong>listing cards and product documentation</strong> for retail customers</li>
<li>Support communication with <strong>retail partners’ assistants and administrative contacts</strong></li>
<li>Maintain and update <strong>pricing, promotional and forecast files</strong></li>
<li>Actively participate in <strong>customer and</strong> <strong>market analysis</strong></li>
<li>Prepare <strong>customer presentations and sales materials</strong></li>
<li>Assist with <strong>sales forecasting and estimation processes</strong></li>
<li>Ensure accuracy and consistency of <strong>internal databases and reporting tools</strong></li>
<li>Manage <strong>contracts, documentation and folder organization</strong></li>
<li>Coordinate across teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain)</li>
<li><strong>Provide daily support to two Key Account Managers</strong></li>
<li>Contribute to ad hoc analyses and tasks for the <strong>Sales Director and Finance team</strong></li>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">So, what does it take to be successful in this role?</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>University degree (or final-year student), preferably in business, economics or similar</li>
<li>Strong <strong>analytical mindset</strong> and attention to detail</li>
<li>Good knowledge of <strong>Excel</strong> (power queries, pivot tables and data handling are a strong advantage) + <strong>Power point</strong></li>
<li>Structured, organized and reliable way of working</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and proactive attitude</li>
<li>Positive, team-oriented personality</li>
<li>Fluent Czech/Slovak and <strong>business communicative English</strong></li>
</ul>
