Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of all food preparation and kitchen operations
- Perform basic food preparation, ingredient handling, and knife work
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ensure food quality and consistency
- Assist in menu development and creation of new dishes
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Experience in café or Western-style kitchen preferred
- Basic food preparation and knife skills
- Passionate about cooking and open to creating new dishes
- Team player with good communication skills
- Responsible, cooperative, and positive working attitude
- Able to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
