<p><strong>Key duties…</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Wash, rinse, and sanitise all kitchen items including pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and glassware in line with daily operational needs </li>
<li>Operate commercial dishwashing and cleaning equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols </li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workspaces and storage areas </li>
<li>Dispose of kitchen waste appropriately, ensuring bins are emptied and areas are kept clean and tidy throughout the shift </li>
<li>Adhere to all Food Safety and Health & Safety policies and practices in line with UK regulations (including HACCP) </li>
<li>Follow detailed cleaning schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) </li>
<li>Support the kitchen team by replenishing stock, reporting low supplies, and assisting where required during peak service times </li>
<li>Handle kitchen equipment and items carefully to minimise breakages and maintain inventory integrity </li>
<li>Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials where required.</li>
<li>Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment.</li>

<p><strong>What we are looking for...</strong></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">A successful Kitchen Porter for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred.</span></li>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":259}"> </span></li>
