KOL Influencer Sourcing Senior Executive, Influencer Marketing

<h2>We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of procurement processes, solid negotiation skills, and a genuine curiosity and passion for the influencer ecosystem.</h2> <h2>In this role, you’ll work closely with influencers and a wide range of partners, leveraging your expertise in procurement and cost management to negotiate project-based and annual partnership terms that directly impact collaboration outcomes and business results.</h2> <h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Conduct cost analysis and lead price negotiations for projects with KOLs and external partners.</li> <li>Design and execute negotiation strategies tailored to different types of collaborations, including project-based discounts, annual partnership terms, and incentive or rebate mechanisms.</li> <li>Build and manage historical pricing and collaboration records for KOLs and partners to support negotiation decisions and cost rationalization.</li> <li>Work closely with internal teams to ensure procurement processes, pricing confirmation, and payment terms are executed smoothly and efficiently.</li> <li>Monitor market trends and changes in the KOL and partner landscape, and provide strategic recommendations on procurement planning, annual partnerships, and cost optimization.</li> <li>Support the development of consistent negotiation frameworks and communication principles internally, ensuring alignment and efficiency across multiple projects and partnership scenarios.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2> <ul> <li>At least 3 years of experience in procurement and/or influencer marketing–related roles.</li> <li>Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate positions and build long-term partnerships among multiple stakeholders.</li> <li>Solid understanding of cost structures and strong numerical sensitivity, with the ability to evaluate costs and optimization opportunities from a holistic project perspective.</li> <li>A collaborative team player with strong cross-functional communication skills.</li> <li>Able to manage time effectively and maintain high execution quality in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Nice To Have</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Familiarity with social media platforms and the influencer industry landscape.</li> <li>Intermediate to upper-intermediate English proficiency, with the ability to handle day-to-day work communication, read documents, and manage written correspondence.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Why You'll Love It</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Competitive salary</li> <li>Performance review (2 times a year)</li> <li>Performance bonus</li> <li>Private medical insurance</li> <li>Annual leaves</li> <li>Sick, compassionate and special leaves</li> <li>All-hands meeting at overseas</li> <li>TGIF, monthly birthday and other fun events</li> </ul>
