Experience & Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with KS2 teaching experience; background in SEN education is highly advantageous, equipping you to understand and respond to varied learning requirements
- Positive, engaging teaching approach with a dedication to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment that accommodates each student’s individual needs and strengths
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to work effectively with support staff, SEN specialists, and parents to build a collaborative approach to student development
- Adaptability and empathy in teaching, ensuring that every lesson plan is thoughtfully designed to support the diverse needs of KS2 students, promoting both academic and social skills
- Current Enhanced DBS check required to provide a safe, secure environment for all students within the school
