We are looking for motivated, outgoing people who want to grow their confidence, communication skills, and earning potential.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide on-site estimates and confidently close sales</li> <li>Build trust with customers through strong communication and professionalism</li> <li>Remove unwanted items from homes and businesses</li> <li>Work efficiently with a team to complete daily routes</li> <li>Deliver WOW-level customer service on every job</li> <li>Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items throughout the day</li> <li>Keep trucks clean, organized, and professional</li> <li>Represent the brand with energy, integrity, and professionalism</li> </ul> <p><strong>This is a great introduction to sales because our sales process is different:</strong></p> <p>Our customers already reached out to us because they have a problem they want solved.
