<p>Harper Group is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our <strong>Show Crew</strong> for a short-term project supporting booth setup and teardown at the <strong>NY NOW trade show</strong> at the Javits Center in New York City. This is a great opportunity to earn extra income while being part of a fast-paced, hands-on event environment. <strong>Pay is up to $28/hour.</strong></p>
<h3><strong>Position Details:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Dates Required:</strong> July 30th- August 1st and August 4th- August 5th </li>
<li><strong>Location:</strong> Javits Center, New York City</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Unload & Transport:</strong> Move pallets, fixtures, and product boxes to designated booth areas.</li>
<li><strong>Fixture Repair:</strong> Sand and paint damaged fixtures or booth walls as needed.</li>
<li><strong>Teardown:</strong> Assist with breakdown, repacking, and loading items for departure.</li>
<li><strong>Team Support:</strong> Collaborate with the team and adapt to shifting priorities to ensure timelines are met.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Physical Readiness:</strong> Must be comfortable lifting, carrying, and being on your feet for extended periods.</li>
<li><strong>Punctuality & Reliability:</strong> Show up on time and ready to contribute with a positive attitude.</li>
<li><strong>Work Ethic:</strong> Follow directions, work independently when needed, and stay focused on task completion.</li>
<li><strong>Team Mentality:</strong> Willingness to help with all aspects of the project—no task is too small.</li>
