We endeavor to provide solution-oriented services that are physically, environmentally, and morally responsible.</p> <p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p> <p>Revolution Industrial is seeking a Labor I, with Industrial experience.</p> <p><strong>Duties/Responsibilities (Essential Functions):</strong></p> <ul> <li>FCAW / GMAW</li> <li>Structural Welding and Fitting experience.</li> <li>Experience with Flux Core Wire</li> <li>Experience Welding Grade A36 - A572 Steel</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>Performs other related duties as assigned.</p> <p><strong>Knowledge Skills And Abilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Read Blueprints</li> <li>Must be able to pass a Structural Welding Test</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience</li> <li>OSHA Training (preferred)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prolonged periods of standing.</li> <li>Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.</li> <li>Work Environment:</li> <li>Must be able to work in a loud environment with lots of various power tools in use.</li> <li>&nbsp;Must be able to work in all sorts of weather conditions including extreme heat, cold and wet weather conditions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What do we offer?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Health insurance</li> <li>Dental insurance</li> <li>Life insurance</li> <li>Vision insurance</li> <li>PTO</li> <li>401(k) with Company Match</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
