This is a full-time position.</p> <p><em><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></em></p> <ul> <li>Supervise a team of laborers that will provide a safe/organized working environment and clean jobsite.</li> <li>Also include moving materials, picking up trash and debris and adapting to meet individual needs of each situation.</li> <li>Execution of assigned tasks and providing front line leadership to our laborers.</li> </ul> <p><em><strong>Qualifications</strong></em></p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Ideal candidate for this position will possess 2 years of construction and 1 year of team leadership experience.</li> <li>Individuals must possess an understanding of safety and general constructability knowledge, able to work side by side with the team when necessary and demonstrate ownership of assigned tasks, maintain professionalism, OSHA 10 training at minimum/30 preferred, forklift and fall protection trained, mobile elevated work platform trained (boom and scissor).</li> <li>Candidates will possess strong communication skills, time management and will lead with integrity.</li> <li>Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands &amp; arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects.</li> <li>Work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and can see &amp; hear well either naturally or with correction.</li> <li>Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.</li> </ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Individuals must work in an OSHA compliant safety environment.</li> <li>Must be able to work outside.</li> <li>Must be able to work overtime and weekend hours.</li> <li>Punctuality and promptness are required every day.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).</span></span></p> <p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text">​</span><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and&nbsp;Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.</span></span></p></div>
