This person will serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, helping drive successful outcomes across active renewable energy projects.</span></p> <h3 data-start="1033" data-end="1053"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Responsibilities</span></h3> <ul data-start="1055" data-end="2440"> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1055" data-end="1144"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage renewable energy land and right-of-way projects from kickoff through completion.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1145" data-end="1246"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and maintain project scope, schedule, budget, milestones, staffing plans, and deliverables.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1247" data-end="1369"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, project teams, landowners, subconsultants, and internal stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1370" data-end="1524"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including land agents, title, GIS, document management, survey, permitting, and environmental support teams.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1525" data-end="1668"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support site acquisition, lease acquisition, easement acquisition, landowner outreach, and land rights efforts for renewable energy projects.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1669" data-end="1803"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on schedule, budget, staffing, risks, deliverables, and overall project status.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1804" data-end="1957"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Review project documentation, landowner data, title materials, agreements, status maps, field reports, and project files for accuracy and completeness.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1958" data-end="2072"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support contract administration, change orders, invoicing, reporting, and overall project financial performance.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2073" data-end="2156"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify project risks, troubleshoot issues, and proactively recommend solutions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2157" data-end="2253"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting future business opportunities.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2254" data-end="2368"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and on time.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2369" data-end="2440"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Travel to project sites, client meetings, or team meetings as needed.</span></li> </ul> <h3 data-start="2442" data-end="2460"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Qualifications</span></h3> <ul data-start="2462" data-end="3642"> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2462" data-end="2591"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">5+ years of project management experience supporting renewable energy, utility, land, right-of-way, or infrastructure projects.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2592" data-end="2740"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience managing land acquisition, lease acquisition, easements, landowner coordination, title, permitting, or related land project activities.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2741" data-end="2876"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Renewable energy project experience preferred, including solar, wind, battery storage, transmission, gen-tie, or substation projects.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2877" data-end="2991"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of project scope, schedule, budget, reporting, client communication, and team coordination.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2992" data-end="3092"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="3093" data-end="3261"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience working with land agreements, option agreements, lease agreements, easements, access agreements, surface use agreements, or similar land-related documents.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="3262" data-end="3348"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="3349" data-end="3549"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Land Management, Energy Management, Environmental Studies, Land Planning, Real Estate, or a related field preferred;
