This role is ideal for a seasoned project manager with experience leading land, right-of-way, and easement acquisition efforts for complex infrastructure projects.</span></p> <p data-start="556" data-end="866"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project scope, schedule, budget, client communication, team coordination, reporting, and overall project execution. This person will serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, helping ensure successful delivery across active projects.</span></p> <h3 data-start="868" data-end="888"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Responsibilities</span></h3> <ul data-start="890" data-end="1906"> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="890" data-end="972"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Manage land solutions and right-of-way projects from kickoff through completion.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="973" data-end="1058"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and maintain project scope, schedule, budget, milestones, and deliverables.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1059" data-end="1169"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, project teams, subconsultants, and internal stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1170" data-end="1287"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead and coordinate project teams, including land agents, document management, GIS, title, and other support teams.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1288" data-end="1401"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Monitor project performance and provide regular updates on schedule, budget, staffing, risks, and deliverables.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1402" data-end="1538"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Review project documentation, status maps, field reports, landowner data, agreements, and project files for accuracy and completeness.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1539" data-end="1653"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support contract administration, change orders, invoicing, reporting, and overall project financial performance.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1654" data-end="1737"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify project risks, troubleshoot issues, and proactively recommend solutions.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1738" data-end="1834"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting future business opportunities.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1835" data-end="1906"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Travel to project sites, client meetings, or team meetings as needed.</span></li> </ul> <h3 data-start="1908" data-end="1926"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Qualifications</span></h3> <ul data-start="1928" data-end="3008"> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1928" data-end="2020"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">5–10 years of project management experience supporting <strong data-start="1985" data-end="2019">linear infrastructure projects</strong>.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2021" data-end="2164"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience managing right-of-way, land acquisition, easements, landowner coordination, title, permitting, or related land project activities.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2165" data-end="2222"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong data-start="2167" data-end="2222">Electric transmission project experience preferred.</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2223" data-end="2282"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong data-start="2225" data-end="2282">Pipeline project experience considered a strong plus.</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2283" data-end="2378"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of project scope, schedule, budget, reporting, and client communication.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2379" data-end="2479"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2480" data-end="2641"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience working with land agreements, right-of-way easements, access agreements, surface leases, encroachment agreements, or similar land-related documents.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2642" data-end="2728"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2729" data-end="2915"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Studies, Land Planning, Land Surveying, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2916" data-end="3008"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Industry certifications such as IRWA, SR/WA, AAPL, PMP, or related credentials are a plus.</span></li> </ul> <h3 data-start="3010" data-end="3034"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Preferred Experience</span></h3> <ul data-start="3036" data-end="3497"> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="3036" data-end="3164"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Electric transmission, distribution, substation, renewable energy, pipeline, utility, or other linear infrastructure projects.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="3165" data-end="3264"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Leading land acquisition or ROW teams across multi-parcel, multi-county, or multi-state projects.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="3265" data-end="3374"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Working knowledge of title, survey, GIS, permitting, landowner outreach, and document management workflows.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="3375" data-end="3497"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience using project management or ERP systems such as Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint, SharePoint, or similar platforms.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Disclaimer&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">While AI tools may support your application process, this role is built on human talent.
