This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical energy infrastructure while working directly with landowners, project teams, and utility stakeholders throughout the right of way acquisition process.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">We are looking for professionals with strong landowner communication skills, electric transmission or linear infrastructure experience, and the ability to work independently in rural project environments. Candidates must have an <strong data-start="804" data-end="843">active Illinois real estate license</strong> and be comfortable supporting field-based right of way activities across assigned project areas.</span></p> <h3 data-start="942" data-end="962"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Responsibilities</span></h3> <ul data-start="964" data-end="1792"> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-start="964" data-end="1071"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support right of way acquisition activities for 345 kV and 765 kV overhead electric transmission projects</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1072" data-end="1154"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Conduct landowner outreach and build positive relationships with property owners</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1155" data-end="1240"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Facilitate property negotiations, easement acquisition, and right of way agreements</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1241" data-end="1352"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
