we’re looking for a <strong data-start="239" data-end="278">Right of Way Acquisition Specialist</strong> with a strong <strong data-start="293" data-end="324">title and land rights focus</strong> to support projects across the U.S. This is a <strong data-start="371" data-end="407">field-based, project-driven role</strong> where your attention to detail, research capabilities, and ability to navigate landowner interactions directly support successful project delivery.</span></p> <p data-start="557" data-end="801"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You’ll manage the <strong data-start="575" data-end="605">full acquisition lifecycle</strong> — from initial landowner engagement through title research, documentation, and closeout — while partnering closely with internal teams across legal, data-end="981"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Engage landowners to explain project scope, address questions, and secure land rights including easements, rights of entry, and option agreements</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="982" data-end="1125"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Conduct detailed <strong data-start="1001" data-end="1019">title research</strong>, ownership verification, and parcel analysis using county records, GIS systems, and public data sources</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1126" data-end="1239"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Prepare, review, and execute land use agreements in alignment with client, state, and regulatory requirements</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1240" data-end="1357"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Negotiate compensation agreements and support resolution of damage claims in coordination with project leadership</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1358" data-end="1445"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain accurate, organized parcel files and document all landowner communications</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1446" data-end="1537"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Record executed documents with appropriate county offices across multiple jurisdictions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1538" data-end="1642"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Interpret maps, plats, legal descriptions, and title reports to clearly communicate property impacts</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="1643" data-end="1737"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Coordinate access for survey, environmental, and project teams across active project areas</span></li> <li style="font-size: data-end="2205"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong working knowledge of <strong data-start="2117" data-end="2173">title research, land ownership, and property records</strong> across multiple jurisdictions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2206" data-end="2286"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience navigating county records, courthouse research, and GIS platforms</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;" data-start="2287" data-end="2388"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to work with a wide range of landowners and stakeholders with
