Land Surveyor

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece. We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services. Currently, bbf: is expanding the internal team, and we are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Limassol.

Main tasks and Responsibilities:

• Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries and gather topographical data.
• Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions for land acquisition and development projects.
• Prepare and submit applications for land division planning and Building permit. 
• Perform or manage the submission of Horizontal Division applications to the lands Registry and follow up with all necessary steps until the separate title deeds of the properties are issued.
• Manage the submission of survey data and related documentation, running the submissions efficiently.
• Maintain and update survey records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards and new requirements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices during fieldwork and data collection.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in land acquisition and development projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Familiarity with local land laws and regulations is key.
