About the role
Job Scope
- Daily execution of landscape maintenance or Nursery production work
- Monitor and guide landscape workers to ensure tasks are completed on time and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate work activities according to schedules and instructions from supervisors.
- Report any issues, irregularities, or performance concerns related to outsourced teams to the Landscape Supervisor.
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition; report damages or losses promptly.
- Ensure that all gardening work complies with company policies, environmental practices, and workplace safety regulations.
- Perform basic hands-on gardening work when needed to support the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior working experience in related fields (Landscaping, Horticulture, Agriculture or Nursery background preferably)
- Experience in Foreign worker’s management.
- Basic knowledge of handling plants, gardening tools and equipment.
- Able to understand, follow work instructions and execute.
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
