Work hard for four days and enjoy your Fridays off!</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Competitive Pay:</strong> Starting at <strong data-path-to-node="5,1,0" data-index-in-node="29">$17–$20/hour</strong> (depending on your experience).</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="5,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="5,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Local Impact:</strong> Help beautify the KC metro area every single day.</p> </li> </ul> <hr data-path-to-node="6"> <h3 data-path-to-node="7">Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-path-to-node="8"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="8,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Precision Mowing:</strong> Operate commercial mowers, edgers, and weed eaters to maintain high-end curb appeal.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="8,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Property Maintenance:</strong> Perform general landscape labor, including debris cleanup and site detailing.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="8,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Equipment Care:</strong> Use and maintain landscaping tools safely and efficiently.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="8,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Teamwork:</strong> Follow the crew leader’s instructions and stay on track with the daily job schedule to ensure every property is finished to "Royal" standards.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="8,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="8,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Logistics:</strong> Assist with the loading and unloading of equipment and materials at the shop and job sites.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="9">What We’re Looking For</h3> <ul data-path-to-node="10"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="10,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Reliability:</strong> You are punctual, dependable, and ready to work when the sun comes up.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="10,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Physical Stamina:</strong> You’re comfortable lifting, bending, and performing manual labor in various Missouri weather conditions.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="10,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Positive Attitude:</strong> You work well with others and take pride in your work.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="10,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Experience:</strong> Prior landscaping or mowing experience is a big plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a great work ethic!</p> </li> <li> <ul> <li><strong>Driver</strong>: Must have a valid Driver's license &amp; be willing to drive company trucks.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
