Who We’re Looking For
Lane Closure Technicians (LCTs) – High Priority
We’re actively hiring experienced LCTs who are ready to lead on job sites and help keep our roads safe. These positions are available on full-time basis only.
Requirements:
- Valid BCCSA Traffic Control Ticket
- BC Class 5 Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract
- Experience implementing Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)
- CSA-approved safety footwear
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and communication skills
- First Aid and/or CSO certification is an asset
Traffic Control Persons (TCPs)
We’re also hiring reliable and safety-conscious TCPs to assist with on-site operations. These positions are available on both a full-time and part-time basis (Please clearly indicate your preference in your application).
Requirements:
- Valid BCCSA Traffic Control Ticket
- A valid BC Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle is highly recommended, as their work locations vary and frequently change
- CSA-approved safety gear
- A team-first attitude and commitment to safety
- Occupational First Aid Level 2 certification (preferred)

Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage traffic safely (stop, slow, redirect)
- Collaborate with crews, clients, and site supervisors
- Comply with all safety policies and WorkSafeBC regulations
- Maintain physical readiness and punctuality
- Deliver professional service representing the organization on every site
