About the role
The language access oversees implementation of the following tasks:
Develop action plans to increase productivity.
Outline measures to ensure quality and interpreters performance.
Maintain a regularly updated date base of all interpreter’s productivity.
Oversee personnel and performance of interpreters.
Data analysis and report writing.
Comply with KPIs.
Desirable qualifications:
Strong English skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Must be well organized and detail oriented with the ability to adhere to strict project timelines and deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Education: System Engineer, Bachellor Degree in English Language, Bachellor Degree in Computer Science.
