As a Last Mile Operator at Picnic you have a direct impact in making sure this is possible. From managing changes in our last mile supply chain to working on improvement projects to make our operations as efficient as possible, you will make a real impact everyday at Picnic!</p> <p>Want to be part of the team making sure our customers receive their groceries as seamlessly as possible?</p> <h2>The Tricks of the Trade</h2> <ul> <li> <p><strong>Trusted partner:</strong> You will become an expert in Picnic’s Fleet Operations and be the go to person for answers and advice regarding our Fleet of EPVs.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Administration &amp; Finance:</strong> You will take ownership of vehicle records, keeping everything sharp and organised while ensuring every quote and invoice is spot-on.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Collaboration:</strong> You connect our last-mile locations with service partners, ensuring smooth and effective cooperation.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Stakeholder management: </strong>You will work closely with internal teams and our service partners to ensure our vehicles are available when they are needed.</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong> You will help to drive operational excellence at Picnic by developing and implementing last-mile operations improvement projects.</p> </li> </ul> <h2>About you…</h2> <ul> <li>You have a Bachelor/HBO thinking level</li> <li> <p>You are fluent in Dutch and English</p> </li> <li> <p>You are in possession of a category B driving license</p> </li> <li> <p>You have experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint</p> </li> <li>You have experience or are interested in the automotive industry</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2>Picnic Perks</h2> <p><strong>🥗 Fresh lunch, coffee, and snacks</strong><br>At the office, we have a coffee bar with in-house baristas, chefs who prepare a delicious fresh lunch every day, and snacks and fruit to keep your energy up.</p> <p><strong>🚵🏼 Discount on health insurance &amp; bike plan</strong><br>We partner with health insurer CZ, giving Picnic employees a 5% to 15% discount on CZ insurance packages.
