Responsible Life, one of the UK’s leading Equity Release mortgage broker is looking for an Equity Release Adviser to join our growing, forward-thinking and digital-first team.

Who we’re looking for

 

• Experienced Equity Release Advisers looking to join a progressive, digitally enabled business
• CeRER must be obtained before joining Royal London
• Mortgage Advisers (CeMAP qualified) with a genuine passion for customer outcomes, who are keen to develop their career within the growing Equity Release market

 

If you are driven by delivering excellent customer service and want to move into a more specialist, advice-led role, we will provide the training and support to help you succeed.

What you’ll need

• Experience in providing Mortgage or Equity Release advice
• CeMAP qualified (CeRER must be obtained before joining)
• A strong focus on customer experience and ethical advice
• A desire to be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team.

 

Please note

 

This is an employed position.

Successful Candidates will join an onsite/residential induction programme for 2 weeks to start date 7th September 2026.
