The Atlys Launchpad Fellowship is a full-time, in-office fellowship for second/final-year students and fresh graduates who want to start working and learning before their first full-time role.

As a fellow, you’ll be aligned to a home function — Guest Delight, Fulfilment, or Sales — based on your strengths and business needs. At the same time, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, giving you a holistic understanding of how different parts of the business come together to deliver a seamless travel experience.

• Work within your assigned function (Guest Delight, Fulfilment, or Sales) to deliver high-quality outcomes and user experiences

• Collaborate across teams to solve problems, unblock users, and improve operational efficiency

• Manage workflows, track progress, and ensure accuracy in execution and documentation

• Identify gaps in user experience or operations and contribute ideas to improve them

• Take ownership of a capstone project — solve a real business problem and present your solution to the leadership team

• Second or final-year student or recent graduate, available for a 3–6 month, in-office role in Delhi (6 days a week)

• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus

• Quick learner who can understand processes and explain them simply

• Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented

• Detail-oriented and organized, especially with documentation and tracking

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and taking initiative

• Open to all academic backgrounds
