The role ensures learning systems, events, compliance activity and development initiatives are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities and Key Competencies</strong></span></p> <p><strong><em>Onboarding &amp; New Joiners</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate onboarding for new joiners, contractors, internal transfers and managers, working closely with HR and Apprentices</li> <li>Set up and maintain new‑starter curriculums on Amwins University, ensuring learners are enrolled on the correct modules</li> <li>Manage onboarding invitations, inductions and required training courses</li> <li>Support Lloyd’s Tours and onboarding activity where appropriate</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Learning Systems &amp; eLearning Administration</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Administer the Learning Management System (Amwins University/Cornerstone), including events, sessions, trainers, vendors and learner bookings</li> <li>Manage rosters, bulk uploads, course resets, curriculum updates and learner groups</li> <li>Produce learning, attendance and evaluation reports</li> <li>Support eLearning administration using platforms such as Articulate and Learning Pool, including module updates, reviews and refresher schedules</li> <li>Coordinate compliance‑led learning updates with the L&amp;D Manager and Compliance team</li> <li>Respond to enquiries within the learning inbox in a timely manner</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Events &amp; Training Logistics</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate training events across London and Cheltenham, including room bookings, facilities set‑ups, technology and catering</li> <li>Arrange new joiner lunches and workshops</li> <li>Prepare training materials and liaise with internal and external suppliers</li> <li>Collect and manage post‑training feedback using MS Forms</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Professional Qualifications &amp; Apprenticeships</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Administer CII memberships, enrolments, renewals and exams</li> <li>Maintain apprentice memberships, trackers and reports</li> <li>Support apprenticeship activity, including end‑point assessments, in liaison with the L&amp;D Manager</li> <li>Produce monthly CII and apprenticeship reporting</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Mentoring, Engagement &amp; Programmes</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the administration of mentoring programmes, including mentor/mentee matching and review activity</li> <li>Assist with wellbeing, charity and employee engagement initiatives</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Data, Compliance &amp; Administration</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate L&amp;D, compliance and evaluation data</li> <li>Administer IT‑led training via QA and ServiceNow requests</li> <li>Process supplier invoices and support additional learning initiatives, including parental coaching</li> <li>Provide general L&amp;D administrative support as required</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Knowledge/Skills</strong></span></p> <p><strong><em>Essential Skills &amp; Experience</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in a coordinative or administrative role, ideally within Learning &amp; Development, HR or a professional services environment</li> <li>Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities, deadlines and competing priorities</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with records, reports and systems</li> <li>Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deal professionally with colleagues and external suppliers</li> <li>Experience supporting or coordinating events or programmes, either face‑to‑face or virtual</li> <li>Confidence using digital tools and systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams and Word</li> <li>Experience maintaining accurate data and producing basic reports</li> <li>A customer‑focused and proactive approach, responding to queries in a timely, professional manner</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also managing tasks independently</li> <li>Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Desirable Skills &amp; Experience</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working in a regulated or compliance‑led environment (e.g. mandatory training, CPD, professional standards)</li> <li>Previous experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar platform</li> <li>Experience supporting early careers programmes, onboarding, internships or graduate schemes</li> <li>Familiarity with budget tracking, invoices or supplier coordination</li> <li>Experience working with external training providers or suppliers</li> <li>Exposure to HR or L&amp;D systems such as performance management tools or service request platforms</li> </ul> <p>Occasional travel may be required.&nbsp;</p> <p>12 month Fixed Term Contract</p>
