About the role

Some days, you’ll be building engineering agents and workflows in Synera. Other days, you’ll turn them into clear, structured learning content or present Synera in calls and webinars. You’ll work closely with external add-in partners, helping translate their solutions into practical learning experiences so users achieve fast time to value. This mix of hands-on problem-solving and scalable content creation directly drives product adoption. If you enjoy meaningful variety and want to shape how our add-ins are understood and adopted by our users, read on. 💫

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You'll be part of the Academy team, where you own the development of low-code-focused learning content that helps our customers get to value fast. You'll sit at the intersection of Partnerships, Product, and Engineering — making sure the content you create is technically grounded, user-centric, and actually moves the needle on add-in adoption. If you care deeply about both quality and impact, and love turning complex things into clear, compelling experiences, this one's for you.

👉 Technical Part

  • You create workflows that enable our customers to utilize our add-ins, created by our partners.

  • You independently discuss and align on technical details, requirements and objectives with stakeholders like external add-in developers, Synera software developers, product management and Academy members.

  • You turn training content into tutorials or eLearning modules for our Learning Management System and software internal learning material.

  • You own your content and its quality: You gather feedback, run retros, and continuously improve the content aligned to the product development and the company´s mission.

  • You collect user feedback and share ideas with our product managers to improve our software.

👉 Synera Ambassador Part

  • You represent Synera and our add-in ecosystem externally through webinars, conferences, partner calls, and customer-facing content.

  • You collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships to create engaging learning experiences that drive awareness, adoption, and fast time to value for new add-ins.

  • You communicate technical concepts in a clear and inspiring way, helping customers understand not only how an add-in works, but why it creates value in their engineering processes.

  • You act with an impact-driven mindset by enabling customer success, supporting partner launches, and helping transform technical capabilities into scalable product adoption.

⚡ In 6 months:

  • You drive product adoption of our add-ins by creating deep technical learning content, recording videos and publishing it via software releases and our learning management system.

  • You create market awareness by presenting marketing-focused versions of your learning content in webinars or creating videos and other formats.

⚡ In 12 months:

  • You are deeply familiar with Synera’s low-code ecosystem and confidently navigate complex workflows and add-in combinations.

  • You are a trusted technical counterpart for external add-in partners and help accelerate adoption through high-quality learning content and enablement strategies.

  • You help establish scalable standards and best practices for how technical partner content is created, presented, and maintained at Synera.

  • You are recognized internally and externally as someone who can quickly understand new technologies, translate them into customer value, and communicate them in a compelling way.

  • Your work measurably contributes to add-in adoption, customer enablement, and the growth of Synera’s partner ecosystem.

  • Depending on your strengths and interests, you can grow further into technical partner management, strategic ecosystem enablement, public-facing evangelism, or become a leading expert for scalable engineering education and adoption at Synera.
