- Assisting teachers with planning and delivering tailored learning experiences for students in need of extra support.
- Encouraging positive behavior and promoting social and emotional development in the classroom.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or in a similar role is advantageous
- A passion for working with children and supporting those with additional learning needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A clear DBS check
- Legal right to work within the UK
