Leasing Agent (Part-Time)

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">COMPENSATION RANGE:</span></strong> $15.00/hour plus $50 commission for each lease signed.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>ABOUT THE COMPANY:</strong></span> Intrinsic Development is a full-service real estate development company specializing in upscale multi-family and commercial mixed-use projects. Our organization has built more than 3.5 million square feet of projects, with an additional 300,000 square feet currently under construction. The Intrinsic Development team has successfully delivered a wide range of developments, including hospitality venues, mixed-use projects, multi-family communities, hotels, clinics, offices, and restaurants across the Midwest.&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>THE LEASING AGENT POSITION (Part-Time):</strong></span><br>Intrinsic Development is looking to hire a&nbsp;<strong>part-time</strong>&nbsp;Leasing Agent, for our non-student apartment complex; SpringBrook Park Apartments. This position will act as a brand ambassador by assisting their leasing team with sales efforts.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>THE LEASING AGENT RESPONSIBILITIES (Part-Time):</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the entire lease signing process from lead to signed lease.</li> <li>Develops relationships with potential residents practicing a consultative sales approach.</li> <li>Takes charge of follow-up process for all prospects and successfully determines next-steps depending on stage of process.</li> <li>Keep meticulous notes and records of all telephone and in-person visits on guest cards and in Entrata.</li> <li>Ensures all paperwork, documents, signatures and deposits are collected from resident before approving move-in.</li> <li>Distribute and follow-up on renewal notices, creating a sense of urgency to re-sign lease.</li> <li>Provide exceptional service to residents by answering any questions, submitting maintenance requests and listening to concerns/complaints, working with Community Manager on appropriate resolutions.</li> <li>Assists with the move-in, move-out inspection process.</li> <li>Assist with daily inspection of show units, amenities and tour route promptly freshening/clearing trash or eye sores and reports concerns or repairs needed.</li> <li>Assists with outreach marketing activities to drive prospective resident traffic.</li> <li>Assists with market surveys by shopping competitive communities.</li> <li>Assists marketing team in planning and attendance of resident functions to ensure event success.</li> <li>Assists Community Manager with additional tasks and special projects as needed.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>THE LEASING AGENT QUALIFICATIONS (Part-Time):</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><strong>MUST HAVE;</strong> Availability to participate in Saturday shift rotations (every other Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm)</li> <li><strong>MUST HAVE;</strong>&nbsp;Sales and Customer Service experience a must!</li> <li><strong>MUST HAVE;</strong>&nbsp;Excellent communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to work a minimum of 20+ hours/week.&nbsp;</li> <li>Availability to work our closing shifts on weekdays starting around 1pm to 6pm.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
