<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide warm and engaging customer service, showcasing the benefits of our community.</li>
<li>Oversee the entire leasing process, from lead generation to tenant occupancy, ensuring a smooth experience for all.</li>
<li>Prepare leasing paperwork and maintain accurate weekly/monthly reports.</li>
<li>Creatively market the community online, through social media, and within the local neighborhood.</li>
<li>Coordinate promotions to increase traffic and maintain high occupancy rates.</li>
<li>Manage and innovate our social media presence to engage current and prospective tenants.</li>
<li>Perform administrative duties to support the leasing process and other assigned tasks.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in business or related fields.</li>
<li>1 year of leasing experience in multi-family property management environment preferred</li>
<li>Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.</li>
<li>Experience with Yardi is a plus.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).</li>
<li>A strong focus on customer service and results.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, active listening, and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work well in a team and establish good working relationships.</li>
<li>Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li>
