<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong> As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of our community, welcoming prospective residents and guiding them through the leasing process. Your responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Engaging with prospective residents and showcasing the unique features and amenities of our community</li>
<li>Conducting thorough tours of available apartments and providing accurate information on leasing terms</li>
<li>Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and professional communication</li>
<li>Qualifying potential residents by assessing their needs and matching them with the perfect living space</li>
<li>Assisting in lease preparation, renewals, and move-in/move-out procedures</li>
<li>Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure prompt resolution of resident concerns</li>
<li>Supporting marketing efforts to attract new residents and promote the community's features</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or NALP certification is preferred</li>
<li>A minimum of one (1) year experience as an onsite Leasing Consultant, in the multi-family housing, hospitality, sales or similar industry</li>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills</li>
<li>Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help others</li>
<li>Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of leasing practices and Fair Housing regulations is a plus</li>
<li>Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings</li>
