About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate on a day-to-day basis with potential residents regarding building availability and tours
- Orchestrate both new leases and lease renewals
- Follow up with prospective residents
- Assist in off-site and on-site marketing
- Properly respond to any resident concerns
- Meet with Property Manager on a daily basis to submit reports and review any ideas to assist with promoting leasing results
- Provide support to other leasing consultants
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 2 years of sales or property management experience (Preferred)
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational, and customer service skills
- Committed to continuous learning to maintain up-to- date knowledge of rules, laws, and regulations.
- Ability to acquire knowledge of operating various computer functions and Property Management Software Systems
- Valid driver's license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
