<p>Tyson & Mendes is looking for an Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist to join our Accounting Department. <li><span data-ccp-parastyle="Normal (Web)">Prepare</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="Normal (Web)">s, </span><span data-ccp-parastyle="Normal (Web)">updates</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="Normal (Web)">, and analyzes </span><span data-ccp-parastyle="Normal (Web)">collection reports</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="Normal (Web)"> daily</span></li>
<li>Liaison between the Firm and Clients with respect to collections</li>
<li>Ensures all communications with Clients are professional in nature while keeping and improving client relations</li>
<li><span data-ccp-parastyle="Normal (Web)">Works collaboratively with members of the</span><span data-ccp-parastyle="Normal (Web)">Accounting </span><span data-ccp-parastyle="Normal (Web)">team to </span><span data-ccp-parastyle="Normal (Web)">resolve past due balances</span></li>

<div><strong>Requirements</strong></div>
<ul>
<li>2+ years collection experience at a professional services firm, experience with an insurance defense firm a HUGE plus </li>
<li>Microsoft Office Suite of products (particularly Excel) and 10-key</li>
<li>Strong communication, problem solving and analytical </li>
<li> High level of confidence and professionalism in written and verbal communication internally and externally</li>
<li>Ability to maintain calm disposition in high stress environment</li>
<li> Willingness to learn and adapt to changes</li>
<li>Excellent organization skills and attention to detail </li>
