<h2>We are actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Admin Intern to provide essential administrative and documentation support to our Legal Department. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain practical experience in a corporate legal setting while honing their organizational and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment.</h2> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Supporting the Legal Department as an Admin for receiving &amp; storing hard copies of Contracts, Agreements, Appendixes, PO, Acceptance Minutes, Licenses &amp; other paperwork for all Entities of the Company.</li> <li>Supporting the Legal Team to record the Contract number, CAMID, and SO number.</li> <li>Supporting the Legal Team to scan files &amp; update to the big data of the Regional Team according to CAMID.</li> <li>Supporting the Legal Team to closely follow up with PICs &amp; collect back pending hard copies.</li> <li>Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.</li> <li>Support the departments as needed.</li> </ul> <h2>Who You Are&nbsp;</h2> <ul> <li>Fresh graduates or final-year students in law-related degrees are preferred.</li> <li>Proficiency in Vietnamese &amp; English.</li> <li>Dedicated, careful &amp; fast learning.
