Legal Advisor- International Business, Procurement & Commercial Contracts

Uni Systems, is looking on behalf of Quest Holdings SA, the parent company of Quest Group, for a Legal Advisor to join our Group Legal Department team.

This role focuses on providing legal support to the Uni systems’ international operations, across Europe. As a trusted legal partner, you will advise on international procurement related matters, commercial transactions and corporate legal issues.

The role reports to the Legal Unit Manager.

For this Legal Advisor position we expect you to:

• Provide legal support to Uni Systems’ subsidiaries across Europe on procurement, corporate and commercial legal matters.
• Review and/or negotiate a broad range of agreements with customers, partners, suppliers and subcontractors, including technology projects, professional services and grant agreements.
• Advise on international public procurement procedures, including EU and institutional tenders under the Financial Regulation, with a primary focus on contract review and risk allocation.
• Manage legal issues and disputes and coordinating with external legal counsel where required.
• Support legal matters across Uni systems sub-Group, including the review and negotiation of commercial agreements.

Requirements

Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Master’s degree in Commercial, Corporate, EU or Technology Law will be considered an asset.
• At least seven (7) years of relevant professional experience in commercial, procurement or technology-related legal work.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
• Effective communication skills to work with various business stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, methodical and attentive to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
• Discretion and confidentiality.
