Legal Associate

 

As a Legal Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the business across multiple functions, acting as a trusted advisor to Commercial, Marketing, and Factory teams. You will provide guidance on a wide range of legal matters, including commercial, corporate, regulatory, GDPR, and operational topics, ensuring compliance while enabling business objectives.

You will help translate legal complexity into clear, actionable solutions, support risk management and governance processes, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to deliver pragmatic, business‑oriented outcomes.

 

 

Position

 

In this position you will:

 

• Act as a legal partner to Commercial, Marketing, and Factory teams across multiple jurisdictions
• Advise on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, including consumer law, GDPR, and topics related to the company’s operations
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including services, distribution, procurement contracts, and NDAs
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and translate them into practical business guidance
• Support corporate governance and compliance, including documentation, policies, and internal frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external counsel to deliver effective, business‑aligned legal solutions

           

Requirements

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• 2–4 years of relevant experience (law firm or in‑house)
• Strong knowledge of commercial law and contracts
• Exposure to regulatory and compliance matters
• Experience working in international and/or project‑based environments
• Fluency in English and Greek
