<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1"><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}">Reviewing, vetting and drafting a range of legal documents, including, without limitation, treasury documents, loan agreements, product terms and conditions, security documents as requested by different departments, to ensure legal compliance of local and international standards</span></li>
<li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1"><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}">Liaison, coordination and collaboration with both front and back office functions, internal control groups and external counsel</span></li>
