We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits.</p></div><div class="job-preview__description " data-test-description=""> <p>We are looking for a&nbsp;<strong>Legal Counsel</strong>&nbsp;to join our dynamic legal team&nbsp;<strong>on-site in Valencia, Spain</strong>. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the&nbsp;<strong>iGaming industry</strong> and independently handle complex commercial and corporate matters, support cross-functional teams, and ensure the business meets all regulatory and operational requirements.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Draft and review a wide range of legal agreements, including commercial contracts (Marketing Agreements, IOs, T&amp;Cs, License Agreements) and corporate agreements (Share Purchase Agreements, NDAs, Service Agreements).</li> <li>Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to technology platforms, payment solutions, PSPs, banking partners, affiliates, and B2B integrations.</li> <li>Conduct advanced contract negotiations and independently finalize complex agreements.</li> <li>Perform legal research and liaise with external counsel or outsourced providers to obtain relevant information.</li> <li>Review and advise on data protection and privacy-related agreements.</li> <li>Provide in-house legal support across multiple operational areas while ensuring alignment with business needs and industry regulations.</li> <li>Act as a key internal contact for cross-departmental legal queries, offering practical, business-oriented legal advice.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Law degree, preferably from a common law jurisdiction.</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in a commercial environment.</li> <li>Strong familiarity with data protection and privacy laws.</li> <li>Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.</li> <li>Proven experience in the iGaming industry</li> <li>Proven ability to manage a broad in-house legal portfolio, including commercial, regulatory, marketing, and finance-related matters.</li> <li>Strong commercial awareness with the ability to provide practical, business-focused legal solutions.</li> <li>Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.</li> <li>High level of professionalism, able to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.</li> <li>Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including product, finance, compliance, risk, and marketing.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>23 working days of vacation per year</li> <li>6 sick days without a doctor's note</li> <li>Medical insurance</li> <li>Birthdays, milestones and employee anniversaries celebrations</li> <li>Modern offices with snacks and all the essentials</li> <li>Breakfasts and lunches &nbsp;(partially covered)</li> <li>Language classes &amp; tennis lessons (partially covered)</li> </ul> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Bold moves start here.
