About the role
As a Junior Legal Counsel you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and managing contracts for HR and business development. Fluent English, Ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters concurrently are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, corporate, and operational contracts.
Manage corporate legal documents and compliance records
Conduct legal research and provide analysis.
Identify and calculate potential business risks.
Oversee external counsel relationships.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of contract law, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and employment law
Knowledge of current legislation and regulatory expectations.
Excellent critical thinking and multitasking abilities.
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters concurrently.
