These people are integral to the smooth running of the business; ensuring everyone is paid on time, that materials are sourced and arrive promptly, that we meet our legal obligations and that our health, safety, and security is safeguarded.</p> <p><strong>About the Legal Team and the Role</strong></p> <p>This role will support the continued growth of the business, reporting into the Deputy General Counsel.&nbsp; The THG Legal Team currently comprises 10 lawyers working across a variety of practice areas.&nbsp; This is a hands-on advisory role operating at pace within an entrepreneurial, international organisation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, supporting growth, innovation, and brand expansion.</p> <p>This will be a generalist in house role, with the opportunity for exposure to a broad range of commercial, corporate, litigation, intellectual property and data protection matters across multiple jurisdictions. The primary focus of the role will be to negitate, draft and advise on a variety of commercial contracts, including:</p> <p><strong>As a Senior Legal Counsel you will be working on:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supplier and customer contracts for the purchase of goods and/or services, distribution agreements and marketplace agreements;</li> <li>Manufacturing agreements (covering THG as manufacturer and as customer) across both the prestige beauty and sports nutrition sector;</li> <li>License agreements on behalf of THG (including both licensing in and licensing out of intellectual property rights).</li> </ul> <p><strong>What skills and experience do I need for this role?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Law degree</li> <li>6+ years’ PQE in a reputed law firm or the legal industry</li> <li>Holding a valid practising certificate</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Strong negotiation skills</li> <li>Confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders in the business</li> <li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively</li> <li>Highly motivated and reliable individual</li> <li>Ability to make sound judgements</li> </ul> <p><strong>What's in it for me?</strong></p> <p><strong>Career Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Access bespoke development programmes that have been designed and developed by our in-house L&amp;D team.</li> <li>Continued development through our upskilling programme that is delivered in partnership with an industry-leading training provider.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Enhanced Leave</strong></p> <ul> <li>25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.</li> <li>Don’t want to work on your birthday?
