<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Our Los Angeles office is looking to hire a passionate, proactive, and experienced <strong>Legal Marketing Manager</strong> to work within our Marketing Department. This ideal candidate will coordinate the firm’s in-house marketing initiatives for our main areas of practice, including personal injury, immigration, and criminal defense, primarily in the Hispanic market. We are looking for an analytical thinker who can conceptualize, execute, and design innovative Google Ad pay per click campaigns for our firm. You will be responsible for implementing Google Ad marketing initiatives, with the end goal of improving our conversions in paid advertising. The ideal candidate's primary objective should be to ensure that our Google Ads pay per click campaigns have the most astounding return on our investment.</span></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Management and growth of pay per click campaigns driving revenue and profits</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Systematizing activity and creating processes on pay per click channels</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage the setup, adjustments, monitoring, and reporting for digital marketing and advertising campaigns</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Improving Click-Through Rates and Costs Per Click</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Create/add/manage Google ads and large budgets on a daily basis</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Keyword research experience with SEO understanding</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Take an active role in developing digital strategies that support our overall digital marketing program</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Create monthly reports with analysis of performance of campaigns along with strategic recommendations for continual improvement</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Provide and communicate strategic direction on PPC campaign initiatives, identifying key messages, and value propositions</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Minimum of 4+ years direct Google Ads experience with tangible results</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with Law Firm marketing, ideally in Personal Injury&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Google Ads Certified preferred</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">B.A or M.B.A in Marketing or related field is highly preferred</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong business Leadership and Campaign management</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter, etc).</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Here at The United Firm, </span><strong>we offer medical, dental, and vision insurance.
