This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate legal concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. Candidates may be sourced internationally, provided they demonstrate advanced professional English proficiency and relevant legal experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the organization in litigation, hearings, and dispute resolution processes.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with flawless English accuracy.
- Provide legal advice on corporate, civil, and regulatory matters.
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to manage legal risks.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards in all legal matters.
🎓 Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree; advanced legal certifications preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional legal practice, with substantial litigation experience.
- Language Proficiency: Perfect command of English (written and spoken), with ability to draft and argue at a high professional level.
- Technical Skills: Strong legal research, drafting, and case management skills; proficiency in legal software and databases.
- Global Readiness: Open to candidates from multiple countries, provided they meet English and litigation standards.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical thinking, negotiation, and interpersonal communication.
