Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with US private practice law firms, especially in New York
- Deliver on associate‑level mandates across multiple practice areas
- Lead full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, client management, and placement
- Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market development
- Build and maintain a strong network of legal professionals
- Collaborate with senior team members to support overall team performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in legal recruitment, ideally within the US market
- Strong understanding of US private practice law firms
- Track record of placing associates or partners
- Ability to manage full recruitment processes and client relationships
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- Motivated, driven, and committed to long‑term career growth
- Ability to work on‑site in New York
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary up to $90,000 (DOE)
