This position’s main objective provides high‑level executive and legal administrative support, with responsibilities dedicated to supporting the Chief of Staff and senior leadership. This role operates within the Secretary’s Office and reports directly to the ADE Coordinator of Governmental Affairs. Although the position occasionally collaborates with the Legal team, its primary function remains with executive support, requiring legal and compliance support responsibilities. These responsibilities do not constitute legal analysis but are performed solely to support the Chief of Staff’s required compliance activities.Key executive and administrative responsibilities include:

• Supporting legislative scheduling
• Assisting with FOIA requests and redactions
• Facilitating and drafting Act 1599 contract disclosure forms
• Providing project coordination requiring discretion, professionalism, sound judgment, and executive presence
