<p></p> <h2 data-start="200" data-end="220">Legal Associate</h2> <p data-start="281" data-end="609">Knight Division Tactical is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Legal Associate to support the company’s legal and regulatory functions. This role supports both domestic and international operations and plays a key role in ensuring contractual, corporate, and regulatory compliance across the organization.</p> <h3 data-start="611" data-end="637">Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-start="638" data-end="1151"> <li data-start="638" data-end="730"> <p data-start="640" data-end="730">Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, NDAs, and legal documentation</p> </li> <li data-start="731" data-end="856"> <p data-start="733" data-end="856">Support compliance efforts related to U.S. and international regulations with the compliance team</p> </li> <li data-start="857" data-end="928"> <p data-start="859" data-end="928">Conduct legal research and prepare internal summaries and memoranda</p> </li> <li data-start="929" data-end="993"> <p data-start="931" data-end="993">Maintain organized, audit-ready legal records</p> </li> <li data-start="994" data-end="1104"> <p data-start="996" data-end="1104">Support risk identification and policy implementation in coordination with leadership and operations teams</p> </li> <li data-start="1105" data-end="1151"> <p data-start="1107" data-end="1151">Coordinate with external counsel as needed</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-start="1153" data-end="1173">Qualifications</h3> <ul data-start="1174" data-end="1491"> <li data-start="1174" data-end="1242"> <p data-start="1176" data-end="1242">Background in Law, Legal Studies or a related field</p> </li> <li data-start="1243" data-end="1298"> <p data-start="1245" data-end="1298">Strong research, writing, and organizational skills</p> </li> <li data-start="1299" data-end="1366"> <p data-start="1301" data-end="1366">High attention to detail, discretion, and professional judgment</p> </li> <li data-start="1367" data-end="1433"> <p data-start="1369" data-end="1433">Ability to manage sensitive information and work independently</p> </li> <li data-start="1434" data-end="1491"> <p data-start="1436" data-end="1491">Professional proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus)</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-start="1493" data-end="1508">Preferred</h3> <ul data-start="1509" data-end="1668"> <li data-start="1509" data-end="1598"> <p data-start="1511" data-end="1598">Exposure to regulated industries such as security, defense, or government contracting</p> </li> </ul> <p></p>
